jusr read in motor trend that depending on the publics reception of the rx-8 plans for the next gen rx-7 will go into production. at the moment it was reported that the rx-7 would be 10 inches shorter... 2-300 lbs less and have between 280-300 hp. considering the rx-8 already had as much hp as the fd and around the same weight, i hope they do produce it. i also expect mazda is looking at sales for nissan z as well as toyatas plans for a ne supra... iwould think that if a supra coes out mazda will no doubt unveil its next gen rx-7.
