The tranny needs a new 2nd gear synchro...

I wish I could afford a spare.
You can get a good used transmission for $200-300.
I could also get a couple collection agencies off my back for the same $300...damn I suck.[/quote]

You could get a gun with that $300 and get a whole lot more.

I should get my TEC II back this week. SR Motorsports sent it to me on Monday. If I don't sell it I guess I'll put it in something.

Dave here, It's not an RX-7, but it is unusual. It has taken me over two years to get running. This is an old(bad) pic, it doesn't do the car justice. Engine pic's soon. Its winter here and I recently got it running, so I've only done a few half throttle starts(its very frightening when the secondary injectors& turbo kick in!!)

Welcome Judge Ito. It is cool to see a rotary powered truck. I remember when I was 16 lowriders were the ****, and cruising was legal where I lived. There were so many lowriders, kind of like there are ricers now, but there were more lowriders I think. The only minitrucks I see now are usually pretty nice, and it is cool to see one with some rotary power.

Hi all, New member. Don't have a RX yet. The forum has helped me so much with learning more about these fine cars. I'm in the process of closing a deal on a 93 loaded RX7. It has 98K on the car and around 20k on the eng. and 15k on the turbos. Body is mint. Well taken care of and only 2 owners. Does around $13500 sound right? Any input would help. Thanks in advance!!!
