gm just gets stupider and stupider
Why do you say that.

GM is selling hummers like hotcakes.

They are starting to get on top of things again. Caddy is putting out some awesome cars/trucks, and i think their image is starting to re vamp.

Perhaps I'm alone in thinking this, but it seems that GM is putting out some cool new cars (GTO, C6 (soon), Caddy CTS-V, caddy XLR (which look awesome in person!) SS truck(s), ect.

The H2 is one of the only things that has kept GM above water for the past few months from what I understand.

i don't hate gm.. thats not what i am saying at all.. im just dissapointed because 99% of their cars look the same.. ex.. the avalance/escalade.... the monte carlo/grand prix.. the cavalier/sunfire.. previously the camaro/firebird.. i don't know or understand why the need a million lines of cars that all look the same...

the only real car that i like, which they make is the vette... and some of the older camaro's...

but if they cut the back of the hummer off, its like another escalade/avalanche thing.. they keep beating a dead horse.. i know ford did it with the navigator) i think.. and a sport type explorer.. but they look made bigger more drastic changes than some plastic or emblems, and they didn't do it to mercury, mazda, volvo etc...

at least other companies, who own other companies, that produce similar cars make bigger changes in models than gm does.. besides adding some plastic molding or shinier wheels..

bahh.. sorry guys.. thats just how i feel.. i would consider purchasing a vette.. maybe a hummer if i ever had the money, but i think that gm needs to offer drastically different models.. instead of a new camaro that looks like the firebird that is like the firehawk that is like the ss... etc..

hope i didn't offend anyone..

im just rambling

The only true hummer as far as i'm concerned is the H1. The H2 is just a glorified suburban or yukon. When you see the H1 you think of it going through swamps and rivers. When you see an H2 you think of soccer mom going to the grocery store.

soccer mom + H1 + cell phone = disaster

H1 + someone who appreciates a true hummer + offroads +water = good times

i drove the H2 on this demo course that GM had set up. It had this insane incline and descent and an extended off road section. I was pretty impressed, its extremely capable. Ive been in an H1, the H2 is just a more civilized version. Its comfortable, and it actually handles really well.

Too bad they just DON'T belong on the road... That's the thing with ****** SUV's... Noone even reallizes some of them actually even HAVE 4WD!! ******* soccer moms...

I think the H2 is GAY. Whatever comes next is GAY. What the **** is this SUT crap? Get a ******* Extended cab or CREW cab truck for ***** sake..

I can't STAND trying to park in a parkinglot these days... Theres NEVER any room! And I always get honked at when backing out... BECAUSE I CANT SEE AROUND ALL THESE ******* HILLBILLY SUVS.

SUVS EAT *****. End of story. If you need the space, and need 4WD, FINE. But honestly... It's ******* out of control. I guess people need that sense of security.. OOh... I have a bigger truck than you!!! Bah..

I love zipping in and out of he lumbering giants on the road. Especially in my mini. God forbid I get hit by one.

Although there is a story on the mini forum about a Suburban getting into an accident with a new Mini. The Mini owner walked away without a scratch the dude in the Suburban had 2 broken legs and a busted up face.

I drive a Suburban, but i enjoy it, and im not a soccer mom. It has 4wd and i actually do take it off road. Its a little bit large though... i would like to trade it in for a 2000 chevy 2500 hd.

I guess my point is, Atleast im not driving a H2, and i dont have 24 inch BLING on it.
