hmm mine uploads faster then that 
just double checked, with me already uploading a site on another server, and downloading a ton of files on kazaa (7 connections open, with tons on queue) i was uploading at 20kb/s, not a lot but more then 13.

i used to get 100KB/S...... upload. i still have the same download just shitty upload. those ******* capped me. my friend even works there but he can't do anything about it
if it gets bad enough. i'll just burn them on cd then goto my sis boyfriend's house and use his triple T1's to upload the videos
