Check it out...a camera I designed a few months ago was recently featured on a major design site:

It is only a prototype...not sure if it'll ever go through to production...but it was a really fun project ...We've had a few big camera names contact our firm after this unveiling...so hopefully that will lead to some cool work

Are you the same guy that designed that humidifier? I thought I remembered a post about that, not sure who it was.

 

Ultrasuede...wonder how that would translate into the automotive industry...

 

that's a pretty nifty camera. For a second I thought it was going to be the next generation of SLRs

And to answer if Ultrasuede is used in Automotives...I believe Sparco has a contract with them. It is also used in many Mercedes Benz interiors.
