house appreciates (trailer=not house)

car depreciates (in most cases)
Are you calling me trailor trash????

My Moduliar home has most certainly appreciated in Value!
nah, I don't like when people use "trailer trash," I know lots of people in trailers. I was just under the impression that modular homes depreciated. (at least that's what I was told in personal finance class )

This is where you have to use your intellagence to seperate the truth from the crap they throw at you in school.

Joe-BOB and Betty-Lou buy a 26K Single wide and park it in the trailerpark = BIG TIME depreciation

Johnney and Suzey shell out 80K for a modular and set it up with a permanent foundation on land = REAL ESTATE

ah, right, land. yeah, that makes all the difference.

I can't wait to buy land. I'll be a white land-owner, then I can vote!

House, you can borrow against the equity you build in your house to do your car.

So you and your car both win!

You have to either get a helluva deal on the house, or do a lot of work to get equity right away.

Good choice, though!!
