i just upgraded from windows 98 to ME and now my AWE32 sounds like ****

it works, its just that its mostly static...i looked for updated drivers..but there doesnt seem to be any and soundblaster's tech support sucks ***



just wondering if any of you computer guys can gimme some help here. Mixer settings...or just that the sound card is 6 years old and the software is 3 years old?...its a P2 333mhz with 128 ram btw

why did you upgrade to win ME................. stay with windows 98 it's way better .....

it wasnt by choice..my pops did it while i was away for the weekend



each passing day i want a ******* mac more and more



i just need to know is there is a way to adjust the sound other than treble and bass...its a squelched up

hmmm.... got a driver cd/disk that came with the card? Maybe some aftermarket type drivers somewhere. Thats about all i can think of...

yeah lol, ME is degrading your system. an awe32, man i haven't seen one in a while. i will go looking for some. i will report back with some, hopefully.

hey, is it an isa card????

argg.... go to www.creative.com

then try support , americas. select soundblaster, then soundblaster isa and the awe32 is there. then you can select ME. they don't have a pci version i am assuming. so hope this helps.
