Need To Convert A Wmv File

I have a short wmv file of me doing a line lock that I want to convert to somthing I can use to make a .gif file since the gif file program won't view the .wmv file... 
It's about 725kbs, so I can e-mail it to you.. I also have a better 1.1mg file that if sombody wants to put up for download I can send It's actually me in the smoke box and a friends 20B FC bustin smoke right next to me....
