Nice 1/8. Ive got an HPI RS4, PICO .15 motor, aluminum top deck, 2 speed trans, geared for top speed, The rubber tires deform at top speed so I went to foams. Ive never had it clocked but ive been told my setup will get 65-70 mph at redline

Nice setup.. I think I may get e 2 speed tranny for mine too.. but later.. First week I ran it, the receiver batteries died and I lost control in my driveway and it went and got stuck under a car.. But it was still at WOT.. and I could not reach it.. for like two minutes.. by the time I managed to get it turned off the damage had been done.. nothing broke.. but my front and rear differentials melted... and they were made of steel... hahah

Yeah.. it is not that hard once you get used to it.. it helps if you have a remote with the adjustments for throttle and brakes and stuff.. cuz you can fine tune it more..

I see allot of people go through piston and sleaves quickly from running too lean. You should always see a light trail of blue smoke on acceleration. And let it warm up before getting on the throttle.
