Our boat search could have been longer, but it took us about a year and a half of looking to finally figure out exactly what we wanted, once we had decided that we got pretty lucky and found what we were looking for. There were less than 25 of the Cal 3-46's made and I have only seen one other one. You just want to live aboard a boat or you do you plan on sailing anywhere, etc, etc...?

Where does the poop go?

To my onboard treatment system.

Is that located on the "poop deck?"

Dual water? You can have it run off fresh water from you tanks or off of raw water from overboard. I have to use saltwater for mine as my treatment system needs saltwater to make chlorine to treat the waste.

i noticed one other bonus while reading the directions today, i don't have to use special toilet paper anymore, it can use regular toilet paper.
