While making our final apartment assignments for

Stanton Heights we discovered that the 3 bedroom units

has been overbooked. Based on the lease signing date

your group was one of the apartments that did not

receive a 3 bedroom unit at Stanton Heights. Your

group has several attractive options at this time.

1. You may take a 4bd at either 218 Stanton or 324

Welch at the same 3 person rate you would have been

paying at Stanton Heights.

2. You make take a 3bd at Cyclone Plaza for the same 3

person rate you would have been paying at Stanton

Heights.

3. You may opt out of your lease completely and have

your deposit refunded.



Please give me a call at the office to discuss your

options further (515)598-XXXX. We are sorry about the

inconvenience.


So if we don't like either of their 4br's (we hated the other 3br) I have 3 weeks to find a place to live. Nice.

One of my roommates didn't want to pick another place, since he wouldn't get to see them, so he called today and got us back into the original place.
