I'm not sure what they're running now. Looks like the owner lurch was able to use the backups and get it up and running quick and easy this time.



As far as my dash goes, I haven't really spent much time with it recently. I have painted it black though instead of the wood look. I found some crome trim for the glove box too. I started to do some of the rewiring in the truck also. If I ever get my head back from the machinist I'll get motivated and finish it off. I had taken off my fender flares and repainted those, painted the underside of the truck, and added trim in between the fender flares along the doors, where before it was just uneven metal where it was welded. Fixed a couple rust spots and various other spots. With the parents around I haven't had time to play in the garage like I'd like. My new years resolution will be to get it running again.

 

i thought so and so had a race-spec head you could use?

 

Yeah the head I have is ported out very nicely. I just need a whole day and I could have the whole project done. Got to put my gas tank back on too.

 

It seems that there is a rash of hijackings going around, sux big time.
