Normally, headaches start small and progressively worse. This one just hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm at work, and hating it. I have a test in my accounting class right after work, which I haven't studied for. I planned on studying on my lunch break, but right now I don't feel like doing anything. And after the test, I'm supposed to take my wife out to eat at some French restaurant. I get headaches all the time, but sometimes it just tears me up.

 

Yeah...headaches suck. My girlfriend gets migrains alot. Only way to releave some of the pain is to massage the vein between your thumb and forefinger. If it hurts really badly when you do this then you are doing it right. After a while the headache goes away.

 

for me, that doesn't work



and females get migraines more than males, usually around mentruation (I get headaches a lot, so I did a report about them)



my wife tries what she calls a "cold compress," which calls for an ice-water soaked rag on the head...that doesn't work either



exedrine migraine works, but slowly



I once had a headache so bad, I took a whole percoset and 2 motrins, and it didn't phase me...that sucked royally...it was one of those that's so bad it makes you nauseaus, sometimes puke...ever have those?

 

ok, turns out that my boss had like a jug of ibuprofen, so I took 2...didn't want to take more and cause suspicion...time to wait and see what happens
