Yeah, the guy that was buying it couldn't come up with the money. Aparantly he had the loan, but some stuff came up....so back to the drawing board again.

I have some time before i'm in a real pinch. I wanted to get it out of the way before school starts in August, since i'm going to be busy busy busy. Not to mention insurance is a joke here, and it needs to go before I have to roll it over to this state. My reserve is set at 18k.
