I almost have my car ready to get back on the road. For those of you who didn't know, the motor popped back in January due to someone's bad tuning. I built the new motor myself, with a little bit of help and supervision. I ported it quite big, and used stock Mazda 2mm seals. I had Mazda 3mm in my previous motor, and they seamed to only cause more damage when it went. Turbo is still the gt 35/40. If you read my post the other day, I was having some issues, but now I think the motor is fine. The knocking noise I heard was the clutch slave rattling against the pressure plate. Wasn't engaged right. I fixed all the oil leaks. They were caused by a missing bushing in the oil cooler line. So I'm about to finish up and can't seem to get the clutch bled. Turns out the ring in the center of the clutch is messed up. So I had to pull the tranny. I will try and finish it tomorrow.
