My boat repair saga continues!

So yea I took my boat into this dude and did a pretty good number on it, I took some pics made a post in a local forum with pics to back up everything I posted and now the guy says he is going to sue me for liable.
Seeing as I have images of every claim I made I don't think he'll get to far, but would be pretty amazing if I get my boat fucked up, pay for the guy to do so then get sued LOL

I didn't say anything that wasn;t true, I stated the facts, I posted the pics to back up each fact I honestly don't see how the guy could prove it. Plus as far as I can tell it's pretty hard to win a case for liable, you've got to prove damages and you've got to prove that lied, which I didn't do so I really don't see how he can do a damn thing.
I even posted the proof in the forum with every issue. Seems to me it would be pretty hard to sue someone over something said on a forum anyhow, I mean, say someone logged in with my id, started saying some ****, would seem hard to even prove it was me. Not that I have an issue with saying it was in fact me, the guy ******* screwed me.

It's easier to prove your innocence with pictures, but if you didn't say anything at all that's untrue, you're clean. I'll run it by dad to see what he says when he gets home though.

bah, proving that YOU said something on a public forum, in a public internet, by a "screenname/persona" is nearly impossible.
unless your name there is "Scott ?. ?????", obviously fill in the ? with appropriate letters/name.
proving most stuff on the internet is really hard. too difficult to prove someone is who they say they are or who they portray themselves to be.
