I'm away on business, north of Houston in Conroe. Coming to the office today, I think I smoked the clutch. Pedal barely goes up and down, and smoke was coming out from under the car. I can still get it in gear, for now anyway. Looks like I'm stuck taking it to the Mazda dealer, as I know of no other reputable mechanics around here. I guess I should stop and purchase some lube on the way over there...

Wish I could, but I'm outta town. I have no tools, no place to work on the car, and I need a working vehicle by tomorrow. So... I'm at their mercy.

Instead of the stock clutch replacement. I just ordered an ACT S/S clutch and Racing Beat lightweight flywheel from RX7Trix for overnight delivery. Shipping.. OUCH! So, at least I'll be upgrading while I'm getting *** raped....
