Finally got the wireless hooked up in my room. Found out we needed to change the WEP to 128-bit and change the key type 1. Pain in the ***, now everything works fine.



Anyhow, wanted to know a good program to "steal" music from. Kazaa is kind of weak unless I buy the "Plus" version. I searched for Mudvayne and all it gave me was the new single.



I have not tried Morpheus yet, I used it YEARS ago and did not like it very much.



Any help is appreciated, also thanks to Steve and Scott on here for help me with the networking problems.

Ares seems to have stopped working for me, no idea. I use a mix of ares.... limewire and torrent sites.

my ares stopped working too, then i updated it and its been fine since.

 

what do ya'll do to thwart virus's?... both limewire and kazaa killed my computer the last time I used them....

 

Kazaa killed your pc, use better programs :P I run AVG, Norton for viri and i use Spybot, Spysweeper, Spydoc, and two others for spyware. Any of them will hurt you if you let them.



Ares has an update? Thought i had it when ic hecked (1.8 think) ill check again.

Yea i have Ares 1.81, still doesnt work, had that version the whole time.....whatever, my limewire and torrents work. Liked ares tho, worked well.

 

soulseek is the best for music no doubt.

Bittorrent is the best for movies, **** especially.

Dont install kazaa or ares( i think) because of the spyware that come with them. Find kazaa lite if you have to.
