Probably a trojan horse. If you don't have a good firewall and anti-virus, you = fucked. If the HD is more than half full, it'll run significantly slower. And your RAM is a little low for your processor speed. I would up it to about 768 or so.

wow cheers thats done the trick ive jut orderd up another 512mb of ram so that will take me 2 1gb and i orderd a coolmaster cooling fan whitch should keept me runign sweet
