so the landlord came by and wanted me to clean up the back yard, by friday. i did.



since he's not here, do i wait for his dumb ***, or just resume business, and when he asks, it was clean, you didnt show up?

Get a hot chick to hold a sign with the date on it, and take a picture of the area, being sure to include the hot chick. Post the picture here, and keep it for evidence.

Do you really have to have your backyard to be messy so quickly after you cleaned it up that you cant wait for the douchebag to be around? It just raises more questions!!!
