11 pounds of boston butt marinated overnite in an apple cider citrus honey brine. Went on the EGG with a light rub of honey before I liberally coated it wit my chipotel butt rubb.[attachment=46191:butts.JPG]

The place I bought my Napoleon sold the Egg too, they are interesting, but I could not bring myself to put something so ugly on my deck.

Yea what's so cool about the egg? The place that fills my propane tanks sells them, I don't get it.
