i get migranes alot, they last for freakin ever, and even perscribed medicane hasnt helped me any, it got so bad a few times i had to wear sunglass's at night cause my eye's got so sensitive i never seem to be able to sleep when i have a migrane which really sucks

 

i used to get them all the time as a result of an accident, and they would do all sorts of trials to try to get rid of them, ive even had trigger point injections under the skin in the back of my skull and neck to attempt to block the nerves that the THOUGHT were the problem... later the realized that due to alot of pressure on my spinal cord, and the release of spinal fluids into my body were the cause. i dont recommend the injections to anyone.. they are just as painful as the migraine, and expensive.



I went through what is called biofeedback as well, which is basically where they teach you to control your breathing and to relax. I dont know about the rest of you, but i know that when i start to get one, i feel overwhelmed, and it just will compound the problem. So, insurance should pay for that for you guys. And its a good way to calm down.

I would recommend doing that less to rid yourself of migraines.

I had to wear sunglasses in my 3 hour drawing class today. It really sucked, it was so stupid, I wanted to leave, but I couldn't.
