Vosko: You can have mine for free...I think P-Nut got it fron DJ when he worked at Comp...its not gas-powered, but its 4wd and its got like 4 bodies...I am gonna be in Jersey next weekend and I can bring it over probably...PM me or something, let me know

Trust me you'll spend plenty in due time with those things.



They are cool though. I used to be able to drift mine 6 feet. If I had lawnmower left overs in the road I could get 12 feet!

vosko you can get a Rx-7 FD and they have a rotary motor for rc cars it puts out like 1.1hp or something here ill post a link. Rx7 Rc car and here is a link to the motor wankel 4.97cc motor there you go

We make fiberglass bodies for a guy who sells 1/4 scale cars, here is his web site, I think his cars sell for upwards of $1500 new though.

yes nitro r/c is the most expensive hobbie there is. I sold all my cars. better to invest the $$ into real cars! :bigok:

I used to be heavy into r/c cars and recently got back into it since we have alot of open space at work in the warehouse to race in... it's definately cheaper than real cars, especially if you take into account the lack of speeding tickets and gas if you go electric.



I've probably spent $500 on my kx-one but I had a bunch of old stuff from when I was a kid that I reused... probably $1200 worth of stuff.



nothing close to dropping $6k into engine parts
