this is in reguards to memo the correct numbering of the memo numbers. as persueant to memo #6969-a all memo's shall be numbered 6969- something, simply due to the funniness of the number 69.

I'm sorry that is an improperly formetted memo according to the "memo of distribution" as found in H://nopistons/userweb/engineering/administration/ministry of silly walks/official memos/memo of distribution.doc
