IT has come to my attention that people are not paying ATTENTION and have not as of yet included Memo 66b in their signature files as I have demonstrated in my benevolent leadership capacity as Keeper of the Memo(tm).



Please follow my example and comply with Memo 66b and include it in your signatures.
