The memo that was CC'd to me did not use the green form as specified in memo #3a, however as the memo administrator I am using form 3366 to justify this memo as well as subform j of 3366 to grant j9fd3s the ability to post without following all of the green form rules as specified in memo #3a (not however memo 3 which incorrectly noted that the TPS forms were invalid). Further there is another memo which you all obviously did not read regarding soylent green as well as a new form for the TPS forms.
