Actually from a traffic standpoint it's quite the opposite, we've been steadily climbing the ranks, currently in the top 150 boards on bigboards http://www.big-boards.com/highlight/685/traffic/

You've got to realize there's an absolute shitload of information here at this point, most people are able to find the answer to their questions without ever making a post, thus traffic goes up, pageviews, online time, etc... but you may not see as many posts.
April through August are the busiest months, Sept to Dec the slowest and Jan through March the in between and actually this January, even with the downtime was more traffic then Jan 2009.
