a 1200 hp vehicle-sized anything would be rad. That's big numbers even for a V8, V12, anything!

all you have to do is ask for the "Stage 5 upgrade package" on the chevy cobalt and it's an NHRA legal like 9 or 10 second car. i think it tacks on another $60k too.

i think thats their ne wplan for all the cars with that ecotec.

but jesus, my friend has one, i changed the oil for him. its so retarded, first iots a cart. filter, not bad, on top of the motor, not bad. But it requires a big socket (over 1") which barely fits between the filter nut and the plastic intake runner...if you loosen it too much with the socket on it gets wedged into the intake runner. its such a hassle...all they have to do is grind a little of the plastic "excess" off and it would make it much easier. i havent got a chance to look inside one yet tho, kid says he wants it to stay "reliable" i say it needs their s/c kit.

Here's the book if anyone wants to check it out. Detailed parts lists are included for both the engine and the Phase 5 car Kevin is talking about as well as the Grand Am touring spec cars.
