Florida is not part of the South. The board of southern states got together in the late 80's when all of this miami vice stuff was going on, and decided that Florida was in fact a yank state trying to fit in the south. So the board of Southern states declared that Florida is not part of the south. It is a northern state that is a spy. Damn yanks.
