It is a 2.3 turbo unfortantely an auto...

Black in color.. grey interior.. needs a head gasket... 250 bux!!

He is a mustang guy who just wants it out of his garage so he can start on the stang!!!

It is an 86 model in good shape except for the motor obviously...



I hope I can get this I dont know... but since the GT is gone I need an american toy!

 

dude, i hope he's paying you to take it away. put that motor in one of your mustangs, and weld the wastegate shut

There's a guy in DesMoines with a sweet XR4TI with a Cossie body kit and lots of mods...I was rather surprised and impressed by it.

 

uummm...... Bigtime... not a stang.... pretty different....



Most parts are pretty cheap and easy to get ahold of... a fair amount of potential a rock solid bottom end in the motor...



Not paying me to take it... car is in good overall shape and if I can get it will be 200 bucks...

Wasnt that the same 4cyl turbo as the SVO mustang/ Turbo coupe? And its considered a german car. You sold that mustang of yours? WoW My cousin had a dynoed 260hp from his Cougar XR7 with that 4cyl turbo engine, this was back in 1987, car was a sleeper, beat Mustangs, and since it was the Cougar and not the Thunderbird no one thought anything of it.
