Just saw it a second time, I still think it's amazing.

It's unfair to pit it agains the first movie, simply because compared to the first in a series, the subsequent movies are never as groundbreaking as the original. Generally speaking, of course, I'm sure there are exceptions...

My favorite scene is when the trucks collide and the cameras revolve around the explosion.

Maybe since Smith was/is somehow connected to the machines, and since he and Neo got crossed (for lack of a better word), maybe Neo has (some) control over the machines...

Whats funny is how they went to all the trouble of searching people for video cameras and dissallowing mobile phones and stuff, yet a day after its released theres about 5 copies on the net.

I'm seeing it tonight, hooray.

i went and saw it a second time to see if i could catch anything i missed the first, except this time i paid to get in a whole $5.50. anyway, during the highway chase scene after trinity gets on the ducati, you can see a silver 1st gen rx7 in a couple shots . by the way the chase seen was IMO the best part of the movie, no matter how fake people think it is. there was a lot of time spent on making it real and if you watch, you can tell that most of the cars, other than being mostly all GM products, are not CGI during the wrecks! it was a good chase scene although not up to John Frankenheimer standards. just my two lincolns.

ok, I saw it a second time. The architect scene was a lot easier to watch, and now I get the "other possible answers" on the screens thing.

I think he could stop sentinels outside the matrix because:

He was created by the architect, as a system of control for the matrix. So, he was created by the computer, but had a human presence in the real world. Since he was a part of the matrix, he had a connection with the sentinals. And since he can control some of the computer within the matrix, he could control some of it outside as well.

and I love this line: "like wiping your *** with silk" ...I wish I knew what he said before that

not to call you a liar or anything but are you sure you saw a mazda in amongst the domestic stuff. i'm thinking they wouldn't allow one into their GM commercial but i could be wrong

i'm pretty darn sure that its a silver 1st gen if you look at traffic thats going the opposite way all the action is going, there are non-GM products, in a couple shots there is even a ford taurus
