So they want to blaim the lawyer cause he came up behind him without annoucing himself.



Why was Cheney shooting at chest / head height and BEHIND the others? How many other people did he point this shotgun at as he followed the elusive covey?



If one of us did this you better believe we'd spend the night in jail while they sorted out if this was on purpose or just careless use of a firearm.
