Make Sure You Shoot This Guy An Im!

Now, after speaking to my solicitor this morning, I explained to him the situation that Nopiston.com was in with an ex-member that lives in Australia.
This afternoon we spoke again, Anthony Innes my solicitor told me that at 11.27am (Our time) he had a conversation with a Mr Jimmy Salvadore on mibile number 0405414938 and that Jimmy was denying any ordering from Nopiston.com and that he had never ordered anything from that Companies name. Anthony then mentioned to Jimmy that his Master card had placed an order (Mentioned an order number of 70651-20030705011236) for a product that was purchased from Nopiston.com and an order number of 70651-7469157 from 2CheckOut.com. The total purchase price of $271.49 + 40.00 p/h.
After all that Anthony said that he still denies placing any order and that he doesn't have a Master Card.
Upon more investigation (here's the bad news) the above Master card is placed under another person's name (sorry name can not be disclosed)
and that the owner of the card had cancelled that transaction.
I asked Anthony about the product that was purchased and he said there's nothing he can do about that, it would be up to the company to follow that up, BUT... the company can trace to see if the acused receives the goods as he would have to sign for them upon collection.

For some shipments, our company has actually been able to recall and/or redirect prior to delivery (depends on shipper). Is that a possibility here? I know you are still out cash for the shipping expense, but it would be a small something if the ***** didn't get the product.

If he has a modem that follows the Hayes command set, and you can custom-make a ping packet to send him, you can give his modem scripting commands to make it hang up and dial a friend in Australia with caller ID. With the number you can, of course, get the address and name with reverse lookup directories online.
The basic idea, or related ones, anyway, are here: http://www.securitybugware.org/mUNIXes/4404.html

He's probably on broadband or something but just a thought.
