Yea I am sure, I provided him with all of the proof and the emails from the cc processor that said it was called in and declined by the cardholder and he is running the game of first he was gonna wait for the statement, i said bullshit, call them if you don't believe me or send me the money, I am business if by some chance there was a problem and you got double billed I am going to refund the money.

Don't know what bank he's with, but I can get my statements online here. maybe he lives in the dark ages. I hope it is just a big misunderstanding.
