contributing factors: oil, vinegar, red wine vinagrette, mustard mayo, all types of peppers
the situation: sloppily made sandwich (not to mention slowly made), pepper hanging out the side on the approach, various liquids dripping from the pepper....a little jostle, and pepper slingshots various liquids into left eye...
