Yeah thats bullshit. I had a similar incident, after I told the company I was getting out of the profession and going to school I was **** canned on the spot. So **** em, you can do better some where else. Always remember its just a job and all they care about is their fat pockets.

Its only illegal if he can prove the fired him because he was sick. I am sure theur were other reason.

Lost my job two fridays ago too. I really need to find something quick. Course I've kinda been lazy about the job hunting though. But rent and bills suck

I remember not having a job...that was so damn nice. Of course, after those 3 months, I was really hurting, so I don't need to do that any time soon.

HAHAHA!! With your legal system you don't need to "prove" anything! The implication that they may have done something wrong is enough to win any court case.

How is that? The burden of proof falls on the prosecution... most civil cases are thrown out because of a lack of proof.
