her name was fluffy. she was just lying in her cage when i got home not moving. im guessing from the heat that we've been having. so i took her outside and tried giving her some radishes but all she did was lie there looking at me and trying to lift her head up. i took her to the vet and she died on the way. im guessing its from the heat and dehydration. her water bottle was still full and it was working. my wife came around 3 o clock and said she was jumping up and down in the cage. and she seemed fine in the morning when i went to work.

i think i am more hurt than my kids are. maybe when things get back up ill get a goldfish!

rip fluffy

Sorry for the loss. I just went outside and poured a 40 of V8 juice on the ground. But that can be sad. I had a pet squirrel I saved after a hurricane. Raised it from a small baby and it was the coolest damm thing ever. Then it died all of a sudden, I think it ate something bad. It was just a disapointing feeling to know it was fine one minute and pushing up the daisys the next.
