Actually when I do open track with my FC I have to stiffen the shocks a whole bunch. When I Autocross (2nd gear stuff) I run 2 out of 4 in front and 1 out of 8 in the rear.

Road course 4 out of 4 in front 6 out of 8 in rear. She settles into turns rear nice that way.

wacko bumps and dips....its basically a tarmac rally so a slight increase in ride height and mucho rebound will help

This is a cool website although a little slow.

This started in 1960. I am going back to poke around the website some more.

I have to do this next year.
