the toaster oven burned my english muffin, the coffee shop was getting robbed as I went by, missed every light on the way in, and someone let thier dog shat right in front of the office door and didn't pick it up, it is definitely one of those days

Yep. Excerpt from my blog this morning:

I hate the puppies. I'm sick of them. This morning as I'm walking out to open the gate to leave for work, Tammy from across the street yells to me, the puppies are next door. So I run over there, this poor lady is trying to get into her car and leave, and there's all these puppies around her. She says, "ARE THESE YOUR DOGS?!?!?" and I think I mumbled something like "yes, sorry" as I was trying to grab as many as I could. She and her SUV were gone before I turned back around. All 5 puppies and Sadies (the momma pit bull) had gone over there, so I had to violently wrangle them up, sling them over the fence, and lock them on the back porch. Sadies ran back through whatever hole was in the fence, she knew I was pissed. As long as I'm home, and indoors, those dogs will be locked on the back porch or in the kennel.

Sorry darling, for leaving 2 stripes of dead grass in the lawn when I left.

1 puppy we're keeping, 2 supposedly are claimed by friends of ours (but I have no idea if/when they're taking them), and 2 are still up for grabs.
