Looking For A Movie Title, Kentucky White Guy Into

I'm looking for the title of a movie i saw on TV a while back.



A white guy into the "black" culture (not to offend anyone) lives his life in Kentucky wanting badly to go to Chicago. He has a black friend in Kentucky that's a modest dresser and such, lives in a nice house, but knows some drug dealers in Chicago. He warns his white friend what Chicago is about but he wants to go anyway. He takes money to buy drugs, when he gets there, the black guys kick his *** and take his money.
