To4B probably came off a diesel generator more than likely... It looks to be a big B being just slightly smaller than a To4e. Hard to tell with out actually taking measurements, but I'd say it's maybe a good 320-350 hp turbo if it's the one I'm thinking of. Problem is there are so many different sizes of B's that it's hard to tell...
