the band is first installed around the base of your *****, and behind your *******, in much the same way a ****-ring is worn. then the ***** is inserted into the tube, and the tube is then locked to the locking post on the large band.
I'm sure you can figure it out..... like Dr. Seuss said, "one ball, two ball, red ball, blue ball"

I just yesterday received a new chastity device, it's called a ****-lock and
is from Bigheadstudio. It is a clear Plexiglas tube and ring. The tube has a
bend in it and the ring isn't like the round one on cb-2000, instead it is a
flat band which is so much more comfortably. I've had it on for about 15 hrs.
now and it is so much better than my experience with cb-2000. There is
absolutely no chaffing nor pinching. It's easy to put on and also easy to
clean. Off cause 15 hrs. isn't much to judge by but so far so good. The price
was $105 including shipping, very reasonably. Will keep you all posted

A few months back a friend came to me with a special request, looking for a new toy for her "pet". She was looking for a chastity device that wouldn't break her bank. Up until that point I had never thought of building such a thing, and had no idea that there was such a large following of chastity fiends. I was referred to a few fine websites, and promptly read everything I could find on the subject. I also spoke with several people that I had meet at assorted fetish events, and I picked their brains, trying to find out how I could contribute something new to this chastity thing.
What I quickly found out, was that there were a lot of folks who would be interested in this sort of thing, but were put of by the large price tag, just to see if it would be something worth pursuing. The people who had already made a purchase seemed to be mostly happy with what they had received, (although I still found that cost was a factor) but they still had little complaints. My goal was to come up with a chastity device that would be a cost effective alternative to the products that were already available, while at the same time addressing some of the problems.
The Big-Head-****-Lock was the result of 3 months of consulting, design, testing, and test marketing. The ****-Lock takes some of the features of the Remy's tube, and the CB2000 (both fine products, I might add) and combines them with a few ideas suggested by users of both products.
The ****-Lock is assembled by hand, and is constructed of extruded and cast acrylic tube. In place of the "A" ring (that you would find on the CB200) is a solid band constructed from cast acrylic that is 1/4 inch thick, and 3/4 inch deep. We learned that a band is more comfortable because it will lie flat against the skin and it will be less prone to slipping because there is more surface area in contact with your skin. An additional benefit of using a band as apposed to a ring, is that due to the 3/4 inch depth of the band, extra "slack" in the ******* is taken up, making it harder for some men to pull out. I have made custom bands as deep as 1-1/4 inches to accommodate a gentleman who had a small *****, and thought that he would be able to pull out. The added depth pulled his ******* tighter around his *****, eliminating the extra room he needed to be free.
The element that contains the *****, is a tube, again constructed of acrylic, but this time it is thinner to decrease the overall weight of the device, and it is "extruded" rather than "cast". Using extruded, rather than cast materials, allows a huge savings in cost on a component that doesn't need the strength inherent in a cast part. The tube is solid, similar to the Remy's tube, but it is constructed of mitered sections of acrylic, so it has a profile closer to the CB200, and it does not stick out as far as the straight tube found on the Remy's
The thing that has been meet with the most favorable response, is the simple locking method. There are no pins to loose, or spacers to fumble with, the base of the tube, has a tab with a circular hole, that slips over a polycarbonate locking pin (for strength) the pin is permanently attached to the base ring, so it is one less thing to fiddle with and loose. The fact that the locking pin is round is what makes this device so comfortable, this feature allows the tube to rotate a few degrees so that it does not stick straight out, allowing you to "dress" slightly to either side. The tube is secured to the band with either a brass padlock, or a plastic zip-tie (both included)
If a slight adjustment in fit is needed, it is possible to gently heat the tab on the tube, allowing you to re-bend it so the tube lies closer to the band, for a more secure fit.
This device is not trying to be the complete solution to male chastity as I believe that no one item can be that for all men, but I believe that we have come up with a great introductory device, that will safely secure most men, at a fair price!
