I figured it out last night. It's from COP $ 1/2. The movie with Burt Raynolds and that little kid. They're in a biker bar and the kid asks for a glass of milk and the bikers laugh at him so he kinda gets serious and in a badass voice says: IN A DIRTY GLASS. They're like UHHHHH. lol
