They definately could've ran faster....... imagine, they were running on dirt track. But then again, there were no black sprinters yet *not to sound racist* That's kick *** though... your grandfather must've had a 13B Rew in him or something

actually, nevermind, they probably ran on the baskeball court type surface. That definately makes you slower..... our indoor county meet were in a huge gym and you should see all the people slipping and sliding
