I read so many forums where newbies get bashed for not knowing this or that. It's bad for community. I'm not saying we get rid of the F.N.G. sig, but if you don't want to help them then leave then alone. New guys come here with respect for our knowledge looking for answers and advice on one of the most important things in their life.
