I think it will snow here at least once more before spring. Usually January and February are pretty cold. I dont care, just as long as it snows hard in the Mountains and keeps the powder fresh. I've only gone once this year, that kinda sucks.

Yea today was like 55 degrees...teashirt weather.

Funny thing is my buddy in AZ would be hatin it at 55, well he hates the rain up here more than anything... guess I can't argue with that.

Hi all, wooffinn from downunder. Hey man I definately wouldn't say no to a few days of snow. Our temperatures have been hovering around 38-40 degree Cels. or around 100 degrees far. plus mark since mid December! Poor old Rotors have been feeling it! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

yeah our snow turned out to be rain too

I wish we could get some snow! In Minnesota we've got just enough to cover the grass. We usually have 4-5 feet of the stuff at this time of year. Makes driving the daily driver really dull.. :(

If you're going to have below freezing temps, you may as well have the damn snow to go with it! Winter is already half over, get on with it already! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR

We got light snow today. I found out that I can actually get good gas mileage when I don't use any boost. :(

Heh, and if I wanted to live down there I would... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

How on earth do you snowboard when it is that warm out?

Not to mention I would be paranoid about getting snake scales lodged in my feet while waterskiing... fish bones are bad enough! Alligators?? Screw that!

At least you can drive your 7 all year round, that would be nice!

isamu 01-09-2002 12:06 AM

Well when it is that warm the boarding sucks because the snow is super wet. Usually it is much colder than that in January, with a freezing level averaging about 2500'. I think the lowest pass around here is about 3300', so usually if there is precipitation, there is snow.
