|

I doubt we'll get snow at all this year, but we might. Hoping I could go make some money with the winch this year, but that may not happen afterall. LOL

WOOOOHOOO
just wnet out in the snow for my 1st time in my GT! 120mph and sliding backwards!!!!! Whoa! Man it is slippery I need some winter tires non of this directional performance tires... lol I actually passed a 2wd sport utility which was sliding a bit backwards in my neighborhood... lol same bitch who always screams at me to slow down! hahaha My mustang got up the hill and her Trooper didnt! hahaha Now who is laughing! Oh well sorry ahd to get that out of my system... it is a bit unnerving though cruising at 40mph in 5th and flooring it and start fish tailing... I bet there are some nice black marks going up my street now... I just floored it till they started smoking then just stayed on it since I was making progress! |
That's a new concept, melt the ice under your tire via friction heat.... take a hell of a long time to get anywhere though.
|
lol
unfortantely every entrance into my neighborhood is a hill.... But I managed to do a lot better than that Trooper and I did manage a bit over 15 mph granted my speedometer said I was doing closer to 120mph.... |
Today in Seattle the high temp was like 55. Ha Ha, :tounge: have fun in the snow.
|
you suck lol sorry wish it was that warm here! |
I think it will snow here at least once more before spring. Usually January and February are pretty cold. I dont care, just as long as it snows hard in the Mountains and keeps the powder fresh. I've only gone once this year, that kinda sucks.
Yea today was like 55 degrees...teashirt weather. |
Funny thing is my buddy in AZ would be hatin it at 55, well he hates the rain up here more than anything... guess I can't argue with that.
|
looks out the window.... bbrrrr.... still snowing....
|
Hi all, wooffinn from downunder. Hey man I definately wouldn't say no to a few days of snow. Our temperatures have been hovering around 38-40 degree Cels. or around 100 degrees far. plus mark since mid December! Poor old Rotors have been feeling it! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
|
yeah our snow turned out to be rain too
|
I wish we could get some snow! In Minnesota we've got just enough to cover the grass. We usually have 4-5 feet of the stuff at this time of year. Makes driving the daily driver really dull.. :(
If you're going to have below freezing temps, you may as well have the damn snow to go with it! Winter is already half over, get on with it already! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR |

Heh, and if I wanted to live down there I would... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
How on earth do you snowboard when it is that warm out? Not to mention I would be paranoid about getting snake scales lodged in my feet while waterskiing... fish bones are bad enough! Alligators?? Screw that! At least you can drive your 7 all year round, that would be nice! |
Well when it is that warm the boarding sucks because the snow is super wet. Usually it is much colder than that in January, with a freezing level averaging about 2500'. I think the lowest pass around here is about 3300', so usually if there is precipitation, there is snow.
