ok ill describe what i said in greater detail.



by you saying "you wouldnt watch if there were no women"



was like saying



"you wouldn't watch if the main plot/reason for show/characters/etc weren't in the show"



and since the "friends" on the show "friends" are the main plot/ reason for show/characters/etc it forms the comment:



"you wouldn't watch if the friends in "friends" weren't in the show"



comprehensible?
