the way they catch you is they have names and send files out, you play the files it sends them your info, they list you. it's pretty much invasion of privacy, i give it 2-3 months before some good lawyer figures out a proper counter-suit against the RIAA and this whole thing goes under and is forgotten.

I just read the article about the kid Kevin is talking about. He wasn't what I would call small times from what they said.
Anyways...I think this is really going to hurt the music industries now! They are only gonna **** people off and make them buy even less then before. They can go to HELL. I refuse to buy any Cd's. ******s

the Riaa can go **** emself. It's all bullshit, i'd like to see em sue that college kid for his life savings hell if i were him i'd go buy a RX-7 and put it in my GF's name be liek what life savings i have nothing HAHAHA
