The Queen can also go to war with anyone she wants, dissolve her own parliament and she used to drive her own car around back in the 60's some British-Leyland cruiser-yacht-car-thing! What more could you ask for....wait...a stuffed Shih-Poo with a crown and jewels around its neck as a footstool!!!
